Our Other Companies.  We may share your information with other companies owned by RGI, including Highridge Partners, Crescent Ridge Partners, and Alpine Ridge Partners. 

Service Providers.  In order to carry out certain business-related functions or to make various features available to you through the Site, we may share your information with third parties that perform those functions on our behalf (“Service Providers”).  These Service Providers may help us host or operate the Site; analyze data; prevent fraud or provide customer service. These third parties and service providers are required to protect your information entrusted to them and cannot use it for any other purpose than to provide the Site and associated services.

Business Transfers. Your information may be used by us for internal reasons, primarily for business and operational purposes.  As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets.  If another entity attempts to acquire us or all or substantially all of our assets, or assets related to the Site, your information may be disclosed to such entity as part of the due diligence process and will be transferred to such entity as one of the transferred assets.  Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.

With your consent or at your request.  We may ask for your consent to share your information with third parties. In any such case, we will make it clear why we want to share the information.

We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information and data stored on our system. At this time, we do not use third-party advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy and Parental Controls

If you are not 18 or older, you are not authorized to use the Site.  We do not knowingly solicit any personal information from children.  If we have actual knowledge that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 13 we will immediately delete that information.

The Site may contain links to other websites, maintained by third parties. These links are provided only as a convenience to you. We have no control over, and are not responsible for any content, products or services offered by or found on third-party websites, or their privacy policies. 8. Your California Privacy Rights

California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personally identifiable information sent to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. At this time, we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

By consenting to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, you consent that no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion.
